Review on Daddy Chef Grain Cutting Board by Ken Cudal

This cutting board is well made and very attractive. I like its size. Some reviewers noted that the surface became slightly rough after the first two uses. This is fairly typical of a finish board that has been dry sanded (or finished) after seeing the water for the first time. This happened to my board. You can fix this by sanding the surface of the plate again and re-oiling. (I started with 150 grit sandpaper, worked up to 400 grit and oiled with edible tung oil). Or you can just leave the surface a bit rough - it won't affect performance.
