The support team are very friendly, helpful & always willing to help you out with any questions or problems that arise along your journey of implementing EMRGEMNT! They also have an excellent website which has great information regarding training courses etc available for their customers - this really helps when deciding what type course would be best suited towards my needs as it saves me looking through hundreds online whilst trying decide between them all!! I can't think about anything specific at present but will update if/when i do come across something else :) Overall we've found nothing particularly bad so far however there's not much praise being given either (other than how good they seem!) However from our initial contact until now everything seems pretty smooth sailing thus giving us no reason why anyone should change providers otherwise unless price was raised considerably then thats fine by both parties :).
