Review on J W Speaker 3156351 Headlight Mounting by Eddy Borghesi

I bought this along with a JW Speaker 8700 Evolution 2 LED to install on a 2012 HD Ultra Classic. Please note that the original HD mounting ring will NOT work without major modifications! As expected, it fits perfectly with JW Speaker LED bulbs. Installation was very easy. Remove 1 screw to remove the outer ring, 3 screws to loosen the old light and about 5 screws to remove the old mounting ring. The new ring goes into the EXACT same holes in the case. Although not shown, the kit also includes a ring that will hold the new LED to the mounting ring. A few installation notes. The mounting ring is in the correct orientation (the tab that the ring is placed on is lowered). Also, the snap ring must be properly aligned so that all 3 screws are properly aligned. While holding the ring and LED in place, it's difficult to align the 3 screws without a cross thread, but it's possible! :) My only minor complaint is that only 2 of the 3 adjustment screws line up with the notches on the ring. It's not too difficult to adjust the light before the ring is in place, but it seems odd that they didn't line up.
