Disclaimer: I don't use it in my car, I use it while sitting on my office chair. So let's get one thing straight. This thing doesn't blow at you like AC air. Basically, it's just a low-power fan that blows some air on the back and crotch/buttocks only. But that's why it's really good. Well ladies I don't know about you so I'll just pass this on to the men. Men, it helps with sweaty balls. Of course, I have to be in my boxers to really get the full effect, but that's pretty common considering I live in the Land of Fire (Southern California). It's getting hot in here, so less clothing helps, as does this car seat cushion. When this thing almost squarely hits hot beads of sweat, you FEEL cold to the touch, whether you're actually cold or not. Inside, it just blows warm/hot air at you. Now if you could blow cold air on it.
