If time is money to you, I would recommend taking advantage of this option. Out of the box not ready for prime time. The measured yield was close to 0.0045 inch. I'm committed to the work, so I worked on it a little, and now it's working. Collet between tips and facing the back of the chuck. The rear was not flat with significant distortion related to each of the eccentric locking features. The top point is about 0.0018 inches. I blew it and made light cuts until the blue was about 95% clear. Reinstalled the collet and the runout was less than 0.0001 inch on the ground surface of the 5C cone. There is now a small amount of blue transmission on the D1 spindle cone. Repeatability with collets was less than 0.0003 inch over multiple chuck changes. Chuck is functional at this point.
