Review on NorthRow by Patrick Reynolds

The customer service is outstanding. I have had no issues at all so far with this software. It is very easy to use and navigate around. There are some features that are not as intuitive as they could be but once you get used to them it is very easy to use. We are solving many compliance requirements within our organisation including SSN/DOJ searches and W9/1099 filings. The process of searching for individuals and then having to manually check each individual against our master database has been completely eliminated. This saves us both time and money.
