I like that it is very easy for me as an end-user of this product -it's intuitive! It does exactly what you need without any fussing or hassle at all (so far). There are no downsides so far; everything works perfectly fine with my requirements/needs. If there were other features missing i would definitely consider purchasing them in future once they develop those additional functions which will make its use even more efficient and beneficial for us. The customer service is outstanding. I have had no issues at all so far with this software. It is very easy to use and navigate around. There are some features that are not as intuitive as they could be but once you get used to them it is very easy to use. This is an excellent software that makes life easier for us in many ways. The integration of this with other systems such as Xero has made it even more useful. We have found that we can do most things quicker than manually doing them ourselves. I also like having all my data stored online so if there were any issues or questions I could contact support easily without needing to go through multiple steps. The best thing about NorthRow is that there are a lot of different options to choose from. You can create your own checks and you can also choose from a large selection of checks that are already created. It is also very easy to use. The only thing I don't like about NorthRow is that you cannot use it in the cloud. You can do it locally but it is not as efficient as using it in the cloud.
