Kuat NV 2.0 with tool holder - perfect for bike transport

Kuat NV 2.0 is robust and heavy! It is designed to carry 2 bikes, each 60#. My electric bike is 50#. Assembly instructions are good. STILL, I recommend watching a YouTube video of the KUAT NV's capabilities to see how the Kuat turns and how it mounts the bikes. Then assembly is easier. You will most likely need 2 people to install the 4 legs and they are clearly labeled A, B, C, D. I installed mine into the car's hitch first, starting with the main stem, so everything was lifted off the ground instead, assembled and lifted everything to the hitch. The features are well thought out. Built-in locks for each bike are incredibly useful. It is important to swing away from the tailgate for access. The folding function protects the shin when not in use. The ratchet straps stay attached to the frame, so you'll never lose or lose them. Tire cups fit skinny road tires or fat mountain bike tires, and even come with a fat tire accessory if you're trying to port one of those. The tool dock is also very good. This is ideal for required gear or brake adjustments. They even have an optional tripod sold separately to accommodate the tool dock and separate it from the stand i.e. driveway. It's expensive, almost $700. But if you're carrying a $4,000 bike, it's very nice! My old Graber bike rack had plastic coated steel arms that scratched bike frames and put a lot of strain on cables, not to mention yellow cable ties, a non-integrated lock, lots of wobble and rubbing. I don't miss it at all. THIS RACK WILL KEEP YOUR BICYCLES SAFE, SECURE AND IN TERMS OF COLOR, CABLES ETC. IMO this is as good as it gets!
