Review on Prestige Super Beast Dog Tie Out 15 Feet by Cynthia Broederdorf

Serious design flaw!

Delivered: Tuesday 8th July 2014 Broken due to a design flaw 23rd August 2014 The cable and fasteners are fantastic. Some people are put off by braces. I personally love them. The case is thick and durable. That's right, less than two months in use. A serious and dangerous design flaw became apparent. The coated cable is placed in a metal sleeve. The metal sleeve is a pin that allows the clasp to rotate. The metal sleeve is pressed onto the sheathed cable. The cover slipping off the metal sleeve separates from the cable exposing the cable. The cable is rusty. This broke the cable. This tie was used on a Doberman Pinscher who is now 8.5 months old (approximately 7 months old at time of delivery). Anyone who already has less than a quarter of the specified limit of 250 pounds (around 50 pounds). Luckily I was there. If I want to. He could be killed, attacked, lost, physically injured, or damaged. For everything I am responsible for due to this faulty product.
