I have multiple monitors in my office that need to display the same information from the same source throughout the day. And the source only has three HDMI ports. I bought one of these so we can stream the same information to 6 monitors spread around the office. Setting up the device is very easy and the markings on the splitter speak for themselves. The monitors connected to the splitter are at different distances (the shortest is 10-12 feet and the widest is around 80 feet) and I observe no lag or loss of quality in the transmitted images. All in all, this is a decent splitter capable of splitting an audio/video signal from a single source to four monitors.
