Versatile, works great
This is the most convenient kitchen bar thermometer we've ever had. With built-in and wired remote sensors, we can use it for all our thermometer needs. Flip out the dipstick by the handle, it's on. Close the handle probe, it is off. Connect the wired heat-resistant silicone remote probe, insert it into the meat, close the oven door by the cable, put the thermometer on the cutter, set the alarm temperature and you're good to go. Times and times are set up easily and without much fuss. That's great.
