The ease in which you can set up events/calls etcThe ability to link into other systemsI like being able be as specific (or general) about my recipients - I'm using this mostly for B2B but also have used it within our internal org too! There's nothing really i dislike yet either so far very happy!! If there was anything more customisable perhaps around product selection maybe? It would great if we could add products directly rather than having them preselected by default when creating an event / call out.
