Review on ๐Ÿงก Efficient Farberware Professional Soft Peeler for Effortless Y Vegetable Peeling - Vibrant Orange Design by Weng Ercoli

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Chunky and ineffective

This clunky, clunky knife looks like something Fisher Price would have made as an accessory in a Kid's First Kitchen Utensil Set. On the plus side, it's easy to grab and clean, but it just feels cheap. The main reason I took a few stars off of it is that it really isn't that good at peeling veggies. Due to the large distance between the blades, too much meat is pushed out when removing the skin. My absolute favorite is this tiny tool that effortlessly removes just the skin from apples to zucchini. Swissmar Swiss Curve Peeler, Black (unfortunately not available at the moment) after 3 years of use still as sharp as the day I got it. . My first test with this Farberware "Professional" peeler I had to peel a carrot and a cucumber, I tried Farberware on half and Swissmar on the other half of each, Farberware put a lot more effort and got about 2- 3 mm thick shells peeled. , Swissmar requires much less effort and the shell is only 0.5mm thick. On the plus side, it works well with cheese, so it's my parmesan cheese cutter now.
