As you can see in my video this foam gun foams really really well. In my video I use McGuire's Gold car wash soap with air conditioners which I bought at my local auto parts store. I use this foam gun on my 1800psi electric pressure washer. The foam gun itself feels solid and has a certain weight. The plastic tube inside the canister had a black plug on the end which I believe was some sort of filter element. However, the holes at its end were so small that they prevented the soapy water from flowing out of the container. As soon as I pulled that plug out of the end of the hose, the soap bliss began. You can adjust the width or narrowness of the spray by twisting the nozzle at the end of the gun, and there is a flow adjustment knob at the top to adjust the amount of soapy water drawn from the reservoir. As for the soap to water ratio, I followed the recommendations on the back of McGuire's Gold jar. This foam gun also came with 5 pressure washer tips which have a 'standard' fitting so they fit easily onto the end of my pressure washer wand and all worked very well. All in all this is a great set.
