This is a puffer vest with a very short cropped waist. The fiber is 100% polyester including the shell, insulation and lining. The vest has a stand up collar. The front zipper is entirely plastic including the head and pull. There is an adjustable elastic strap around the bottom hem. There are 2 open side pockets on the outside. There is no hanging tab at the collar. The vest is quite short, just 7.5” from under the arm to the bottom of the seam in size Medium. The best was made in China.I really like the way this vest fits inside my short coat. I have a short-cut leather jacket with very little insulation. I need to wear a liner inside it when the temperature goes below 55F, but all the other liners that I have tried look ridiculous because they hang so far below the bottom of the jacket. On the other hand, this cropped vest fits perfectly and the color goes well with the jacket. That’s important because the collar of the vest can be seen sticking up out of the top of the jacket. The vest provides just the bit of warmth that I need. With the vest on under my jacket, I can be comfortable at temperatures down to 35F. I usually wear size S/M T-shirts and size 34B bras. This vest fits me well and is perfect under a size Medium jacket. Overall this vest is a great accessory for outfits where a short cropped waist is needed.
