Aggressive angle is best in zesters
I have had microplanes for a long time, they fade over time and need to be changed. I liked the form factor of this item - it's a good size and very sharp. But the blades are set at a more aggressive angle than I've had in the past - each hit requires more cheese or whatever you're grating, requiring more effort for each hit. I'll keep this one for the ginger and use my old ones or use the new one for the parmesan and garlic.
