
In the foreword I will say that I do not consume protein powder by diluting it with water. Rather, I bake a lot with it (egg white cakes, brownies, etc.). So I'm more concerned about the flavor and texture it adds to baked goods. I have a vanilla milkshake flavor and don't see any published ingredients anywhere, so here they are: Pea Protein Isolate, Organic Hemp Protein, Sweet Potato Powder, Natural Flavors, Monk Fruit Extract, Xanthan Gum, Himalayan Pink Salt. Surprisingly, this powder goes very well with recipes! It has a slightly malty vanilla flavor and the sweetness is well balanced, although it definitely tastes like monk fruit. So if you don't like monk fruit, this isn't for you. If you plan to bake with it, I recommend substituting 1/4 of the flour your recipe calls for with this protein powder, adding some liquid if needed.
