08/31- Update on previous post: after seeing my previous review, I was contacted by the seller. Not only did they express genuine concern about the short lifespan of the product, they also offered to remedy the situation by offering to refund my money or send me a replacement fan. I appreciate that they care and support their product enough and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. My new fan has been shipped and I will receive it tomorrow. Excellent customer service. I received this product on July 9th and on August 13th it stopped working. I tried charging for a few hours and it still wouldn't turn on, even though the red light indicated it was charging. The return period has expired and I am stuck with a product that no longer works. Before stopping, the product was working fine. Too bad I can't use it anymore.
