So far so good, no complaints other than the fact that there is (as far as I know) no way to attach it to a belt or pelvic girdle/leash so it tends to increase slightly under heavy loads. but I'm working on getting my beer belly bigger so I can hold it better. Overall I think this is a good setup for everyday and semi-labor intensive tasks as long as you have a collar around your neck to keep it from chafing and tearing. This may not be a problem in the future if it can withstand prolonged use and break down well. Also, it's fairly comfortable to wear once you've adjusted the settings to the right: I'm about 5ft 11in and 175lbs, not very tall but not petite either, and it seems to fit a very large one just fine Choice of sizes to customize
