I really like that their software works well with other 3D applications such as Autodesk Revit or Solidworks etc., which can be very difficult when you have to use proprietary CAD systems. There are certain features in microfabrication where they do not work quite right - for example there has been little improvement over many years regarding toolpaths/workpiece management in some specific cases (eccentric milling). However this problem does get fixed fairly quickly once someone from support gets involved! Their customer service team also helps resolve issues pretty fastly too!! We've used them mostly because we had no choice since our customers did but were able to find ways around most problems without needing technical help. They made setting up new tools easy enough so staff could understand what was required even if didn't know how much more advanced technology they would need than those offered by competitors who seemed less willing to invest resources into supporting older versions of programs e.g. I like the ability to create new products in a fraction of the time. Also the ability to change or add features quickly. I dislike that you have to use their software. It's not open source and it's hard to use if you are not an expert user. We needed a way to reduce our product development cycle. This allows us to work on multiple projects at once and reduces our lead times by several weeks.
