Review on Traction Guest by Ryan Gillett

We have used Traction in multiple locations over several years now. They are always very responsive to any issues we may be having at that location or with their services. Nothing really comes up too often but when it does I can count on them being right there! Great customer service team who is willing to go above & beyond what you would expect from an employee of this caliber. Would highly recommend if your looking into getting some sort of VMS/WFM solution. Our main issue was keeping track of all the different vendors coming out to do site assessments / surveys etc. This allowed us to keep tabs on things like pricing which helped make sure everything went smoothly once hired by the client.
