I am the owner of an old Note 3, which I rightfully consider the best model in the Note line. Let it not have a curved screen, and there are no various scanners. I will share my experience with the new Note. When working with the screen, there are almost no accidental touches of the curved part, you can work without problems even without a cover. The screen is of course amazing, when you install dark wallpaper, the screen has no frame when you look at it in the evening. Face recognition - does not work in low light (works in 6 cases out of 10). Iris Scanner - Raises screen brightness to make your eyes brighter for the scanner (in low light) - Works 7 out of 10 times even at normal brightness. Sometimes you have to "goggle" to make it work. The tests were carried out with the expectation of a system response = 1 sec. If the system worked without "tambourines" - passed. The camera is not bad - I liked the dynamic focus function. When shooting in a dark room, the ISO is surprisingly not too high, the photos are not noisy. The device does not slip in the hand, it is comfortable to lie down in the palm of your hand. It is convenient to print messages. Of the new features, compared to 3 Note, I did not notice anything more interesting. It's sad. Even take a stylus - only a button was added for easy pulling out, I didn’t need 100,500 pressing modes to write notes on Note 3, and even more so here. Putting the stylus into a smartphone is not at all convenient: the button goes too deep into the smartphone. I'm indignant that they removed a very cool feature - increased screen sensitivity. In Siberia, at -40, this is very important - without pulling your hands out of gloves, manage your smartphone. Of the unpleasant features, I want to note the fact that protective glasses have a habit of moving away from the curved part of the screen, as a result of which dust clogs under this space. As a result, 3 purchased glasses - all in a landfill. Is it just me?
