The neck is too loose, good for special occasions
In general I liked the dress, but the neckline drove me crazy. He kept shifting from one shoulder to the other. You could have pinned it to your bra strap but I knew it would drive me crazy so I sent it back. Otherwise it was a beautiful blue dress.
