Please help and write back

There was a problem with the lamp and bulbs I ordered. The lamp gets very hot and I have to keep turning it off. One of my mapping turtles is lethargic, not eating or moving. I don't know what's going on with my little turtle. Please tell me is it usv or usb light. There is no contact information for your company.
