Review on KYB 343487 Excel-G Gas Shock - Enhanced SEO-friendly Product Name by Brian Sage

First of all, these shock absorbers are wonderful! My Fit was 135k on the originals and I still thought they were pretty good but one started leaking. Once new ones were put on, it was the difference between day and night. The back end is surprisingly tight and I love their response. Feel free to run them on your car. Now for the bad. Box 1 contained a complete set of equipment. Box 2 had a strip of Revain packing tape. and no accessories at all. Okay, I can't blame KYB for that. Sent it back and requested a new one from Revain. Box 3 was missing the washer and top nut. Now I miss a good weekend to work on my car. I decide to contact KYB and ask for a nut. The next day I have a box on the porch! I open box 4 and what should be a complete hardware package is missing a washer and spacer. At least now I have 2 full sets of 4 boxes but I'm like WTF KYB?! Installation was a nightmare and I ended up paying the shop for it, but that's because the NE weather hit all the screws, not the product. Check out the picture to see my 4 gear sets I had to go through. It was worth it in the end but it took me 2 extra weeks to get everything. Absolutely, but again, great value for the price and a really good quality product!
