False advertising. Doesn't heat properly
I bought this after reading the reviews and although we attached it to one of your thermostats it did heat the reservoir above to over 120 degrees Fahrenheit. I mean, even with the reptilian carpet over it, it was on a LOW frequency. I am really very upset that I spent so much money on something that would harm my baby leopard gecko if I continued to use it. I honestly found Zoo Med better than that. Your product doesn't live up to the mark and if it is the quality of your items I'm not sure I will continue to buy your items in the future. I absolutely will not. recommend until you repair the item to make it work properly.
