Review on Filter under the sink Geyser Prestige 2 (12 l) by Micha Kowalski Czajo ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Well done, but I wont buy any more.

So far, the impressions from the work are positive! The water pressure in my plumbing system is about 4-6 atm (depending on the time of day) . Therefore, I don’t bother with a boost pump yet, but I’m always ready to buy, because it’s not known what will happen tomorrow .)) Water in a 12 liter tank about 6-6.5 liters are collected in the storage chamber, about an hour and a half, with an overpressure in the outer chamber of the tank of about 0.5 atm (set according to the instructions with an auto pump) . For a family of 2 pensioners, this amount of water per eye, plus another A 100 liter aquarium is enough to strain for water changes! ) Added after 8 months of operation: Water quality has been stable for more than six months! 18-20 ppm out! Just super! I recently installed a booster pump so that there is always optimal water pressure at the membrane inlet - now 8 liters of pure osmosis are collected in a 12 liter tank in just half an hour ! Without a pump, no more than 6.5 liters were collected in an hour and a half, and the discharge of dirty water in the drains was twice as much! The effect and savings from the pump is obvious .)

Pros
  • It is easy to install on your own, if you have a screwdriver, hands from the right place and a desire to do it the way you see it, and not the installer .)) It worked right away, after the recommended flushing, nothing drips, the output water corresponds to the declared quality! While the first day, nevertheless, the result is obvious - water before osmosis according to the electronic salt meter is more than 800 ppm, after the membrane is about 50-60 ppm . Satisfies this parameter by 100%
Cons
  • One tube, from the membrane cartridge to the hydraulic machine, was too short, because of which it was tight, which led to a distortion of the quick-release fitting at the tube exit point, which raised doubts about the reliability of this connection . Trite, the assembler clicked the size of the tube, but scored on it, like "and so it will do" . Fortunately, there were enough tubes in the kit - I cut off a new longer one, installed it, the problem was gone . But an unpleasant aftertaste remained, after all, on such a device, such jambs can cause negative consequences in the form of leaks and, as a result, financial and moral problems for the client. Therefore, minus one star for now! And we'll see! )
