If this is not the case, or if you feel a dull resistance when you ROTATE the hub CAREFULLY, the sensor is hitting the sprocket and needs to be relocated. Sometimes it's the old sensor, but it may not be enough. The tolerance is so delicate that after tightening the hold down screw it is initially free to rotate but then stabilizes after 5 minutes and breaks against the hub.
