Came with one insert and one insert tool

After reading previous reviews I took a gamble on getting a insert with this order . Looks like the previous reviews fixed the missing insert problem at least for me . The insert may have been added to the order since it was not inside the sealed yellow plastic tube with the tool and wrench it was outside the yellow tube . I would order this again if I need to .

The guy was right. This stupid thing is shipped without even one insert. 10 inserts are $9.99 with $7 shipping. That more than doubles my investment. While I was mulling that over I found a less expensive alternative.I have no idea what the performance of this chamfering tool is because it arrived incomplete.
