The handle at the bottom of the vacuum cleaner broke off.
After correctly assembling the Shark vacuum cleaner, charging the device for 7 hours and turning it on for less than 3 minutes, the handle at the base broke off. Upon inspecting the grip, I noticed that there are 4 plastic tabs on the bottom of the grip that vacuum snap to secure the grip. Well 2 of these pins are broken and cannot be reinstalled. A complete cleaner is useless. Should have listened to lots of feedback reporting an issue.
