I put it on a 5-storey building at 200 meters, they give a speed of up to 45 megabits in each direction. I had to set it to 80% of the power, otherwise they gave too strong a signal at such a small distance and interrupted each other. The only problem is how to feed the antenna on the roof into the power grid, but this is also solvable. All providers flatly refuse to connect subscribers if they have an antenna on the roof, although so many connect. So, my advice to you - you will connect - remove the existing Internet from the apartment or agree with the tenant so that the contract is addressed to his address, then everything will be OK!
