Good: I was able to set up the TV and audio receiver fairly easily. The Bad: I bought this primarily to control my Roku, which it mostly does. Unfortunately, the most important button on the Roku remote — the back button that brings up the Live Guide, Library, and Home sections, as well as search and profile options — is missing on this remote. I tried all the buttons there and nothing. The only way to get to this menu is to close the app and re-enter it. Plus, support for this device is a nightmare of 800 numbers and websites just throwing codes at you. As far as I can tell, there's no way to manually program any of the buttons. So if I can't figure it out, this is returned.
