I mounted this on the dash using a permanent adhesive disc to attach the suction cup. I followed the instructions carefully and even left it longer than necessary to ensure good suction. The suction failed less than 15 minutes after my phone was attached to the mount. The whole thing just detached from the panel - the suction cup is clearly not strong enough to hold the phone. I tried again to attach the suction cup to the window but the same thing happened, but this time it only took about 5 minutes for the suction cup to fail and the mount holding my phone to fall on the floor of the car. This is by far one of the worst purchases I've ever made. Definitely not worth the money! Just want to return it for a refund.
