Revainrating 5 out of 5

They fit perfectly and my truck runs much better. Power and acceleration are back!

These jets restored the performance of my 2002 5.4L F-250 Super Duty. Random misfires are GONE. A few tips: 1. MAKE SURE your old injector o-rings are OUT of the fuel rail before installing the new injectors, they will separate from the old injectors and get stuck. Use a small screwdriver or one of those little hooks to pry them out; and 2. If the new nozzles don't fit the holes in the head, spray some WD-40 on the top of the hole or on the bottom of the nozzle [bottom o-ring] and it slides right in with a little downward pressure. The same goes for installing the fuel rail on top of the injectors. I highly recommend replacing the spark plugs on this engine at the same time as some of the coil pack mounting bolts are difficult to access with the fuel rail installed. If you do both at the same time, you only need to remove and reinstall the fuel rails ONCE. I had done the spark plugs a few weeks earlier and I could save an hour or two in total work if I did them all at once. It may take 2 or 3 attempts to start the engine after replacing the injectors as there is air in the fuel rail and it needs to escape before the fuel reaches the injectors. VERY HAPPY and a lot cheaper to buy the whole set of 8 at once. No amount of fuel injector cleaner (including fuel system flush service centers) will fully open a dirty injector.
