Disgusting quality, impossible to use.

Well, what is there to comment? I was "led" by the positive reviews about such a direct high-quality, and therefore expensive dishes of the BergHOFF brand. The wok and the described frying pan were purchased from the GEM collection. The wok has not been used for long, so it's too early to leave a review, but this pan was used often, almost every day, in conjunction with an induction hob. And now, less than six months have passed, and the bottom of the pan has peeled off! For the first time in our lives, my wife and I see something like this. And you, reading this review, probably do not even understand what it is about. So, I explain. As it turned out, in this frying pan, the disk at the bottom is a thin plate less than a millimeter thick, which is glued to the bottom of the frying pan. And this very disk simply began to deform and flake off from the bottom. At first, this deformation center was the size of a five-ruble coin, but after a few more cookings, the area of \u200b\u200bdetachment of the disc increased to a size at which there is no longer a sufficient contact patch with the hob and cooking in this pan becomes impossible, at least on an induction stove. The pan no longer fits snugly against the induction cooker, but stands on one edge and this deformed area. Attached are photos for clarification. I must say right away that we cooked in this pan as usual, because we have been standing at the stove for more than a year, so more than one pan has passed through our hands with my wife. But this is the first time we see such a defect.

Pros
  • Non-stick coating, removable handle.
Cons
  • The bottom has peeled off, it is impossible to cook.
