Incredibly sharp!

Although these knives are a bit pricey, they are amazing! I've never had a knife as sharp as this one. Extremely sharp. You'll cut through even the toughest cut of meat with almost one blade movement. These knives have never been seen before. Expensive but worth it.

Pros

Special straight thin Cangshan blades with precise taper from base to tip. The steak knife set offers impressive presentation of grilled meat and effortlessly slices everything from tender filet mignon to the thickest chops.
