Review on ๐Ÿ”‘ Unlocking Your Ford's Diagnostic Potential: Actron CP9015 Code Scanner by Aaron Hawk

Buy one with numeric display

Bought my CP9015 locally not through Revain. I regret this purchase. You must count the pulses (flashes and beeps) to read the trouble codes. With 3 digit error codes up to around 500, this counter and all others like it are very difficult to use. When your vehicle has multiple trouble codes, it is very difficult to know where one code begins and another ends. If you make a mistake due to miscalculation, or mix up the beginning of one code with the end of the previous one, you're wasting time and money trying to find and replace the wrong components. For about $10 more you can get an ODB. -1 code reader with numeric reading, eliminating the need to count flashes and beeps.
