Predictspring provides everything you'd expect from any successful eCRM
The tools are easy to use, the customer service team is helpful and fast-responding, and the analytics provide great insights into user behavior. I dislike that it's only available on iOS and Android, and that there aren't many features (other than an email autoresponder) included with the free plan. For small businesses looking to increase their sales online, predict spring offers a simple solution to creating and tracking digital marketing campaigns. By providing all the tools needed in one location, predict spring eliminates the need to download multiple apps and sync data between them.
