I like how the software is so easy to use and how it is patient-centric. I can't say anything I dislike. The software has made my life easier and has allowed me to continue to have a connection with my patients. I wish there was a way to have the software automatically create a message for you when you log into it. I wish there was a way to have the software send out an alert to all my patients when I am online for a session. Using CareChannels is a must for every care transition team. It is easy to use and has helped me to stay connected with my patients. I recommend CareChannels to all who are working in a care transition team. It has helped me to stay in touch with my patients and to continue to have a connection with them.
