The main thing I like about this product is that it provides me with good insight into my business processes, and allows me to see where improvements can be made. Also, being able to use the program for both our own internal needs as well as our clients. There are some things that are difficult to figure out or implement at first. For example, the way that you have to set up various components of the program in order to make it work properly. Also, the software does not provide many customization features, which means that we have to build those ourselves. This is something that we will need to consider when choosing a new software package, but we were looking for a solution that would allow us to continue running our business without having to rely heavily on outside resources.
