The ability to assign tasks, track time spent for each task as well as invoice clients when they are finished with work makes this program all about efficiency! It would be great if there was an option where I could have my client sign off after finishing so it doesn't get marked "Pending" in our system.
This has solved some problems of having too many open items or not being able to keep up with invoices due to them getting lost somewhere within your computer files/email account etc.. We use IMPAK primarily because we can see who worked last month versus previous months which allows us better management over how much money should go towards particular projects vs just general fundings across multiple properties. With using IMPACK you also find out very quickly what works best (and worst) at any given moment during busy seasons compared to slow times - saving both cost but more importantly making sure things run smoothly without wasting resources.
