Simple platform that is user friendly & effective

I love how simple to use it was, very easy! Once you set up an account for your business or organization, anyone can see all of your info right at the top. It doesn't have any filters so if there are multiple tenants in one address (like our apartment building), it will show every single request. Also, it only shows what has been paid - but not what hasn't yet be paid. Not much. Maybe more options would help? Great App With Excellent Benefits: IMPAK

I like how it can be set up to alert you of any issues with your tenants, whether they are late in paying rent or not picking up trash from outside my building. It has made me more aware about what needs looking over when checking out who lives at each apartment/house since having this app installed we have found several people living there illegally by getting evicted for non-payment but then continuing to live without permission! We also use IMPAK as an asset management tool so all our rents…

Great solution that helps manage staffing and costs

The ability to assign tasks, track time spent for each task as well as invoice clients when they are finished with work makes this program all about efficiency! It would be great if there was an option where I could have my client sign off after finishing so it doesn't get marked "Pending" in our system. This has solved some problems of having too many open items or not being able to keep up with invoices due to them getting lost somewhere within your computer files/email account etc.. We use…
