This is a very small and high resolution for its monitor size. I use it as a DMD screen to show small videos or "game saves" in a pinball cabinet, so it's perfect for my specific needs. Not sure I can recommend it for general use but as a drop. Instead of another 8 inch screen that no longer works or has a lower resolution, this would be more than enough. Just note that the display input connector is a mini HDMI connector, for which an HDMI-min-HDMI cable is included. A USB-A power cable is also included, but you'll need your own USB connector or self-powered adapter to use it.
