I bought this mount with a small latch system for my Garmin Montana snowmobile. I like the idea of a locking device with a security torx, although I didn't have to use that feature. The best part is that I don't need a cable from the GPS itself to the sled, I just have to take the GPS out and put it in my pocket. The only potential downside is that RAM doesn't seem to make a small square ball mount anymore using the AMPS hole configuration. I was still able to get it from Amazon through GPS City. but wonder how long they will be available. Do you pay attention to people's RAM?
