Review on Delihom Carbon Steel Pan by Monica Harris

We bought a carbon steel pan at a yard sale and it's a great pan. but the problem is it's too small so we can only cook two eggs at a time.We purchased this new pan thinking it would be the solution to our problem. It's big enough. but it is surely not what we've come to expect from carbon steel. Everything sticks. We were very careful to season the pan properly before using it and where the old pan from the yard sale wipes clean. this one has to be soaked and we need to use a plastic scrapper to get it clean.I think we'll try seasoning it again, but I don't expect it to help.The pan looks great out of the package. but what a disappointment.
