The best money I've ever spent on a kitchen gadget. I have a small small stainless steel that is very difficult to slip through my finger and am trying to heal it without cutting into a very small size. That special lifesaver. I'm paraplegic and I'm always looking for something to help me maintain my independence. I saw this so I decided to give it a try. I received this yesterday and I don't think I've stopped peeling oranges since. Very safe, very long, both ends can be used, 1 to cut off the orange peel and the other end to help you get the orange pill. Plenty of room for your hand and not once would I have cut myself with this plastic, it works wonders. This gives me enough space to feel safe and not cut myself. With another small one I might as well use a regular knife because it would be really useless because I could easily cut myself. What happens to me at different times. With this one, I don't worry about using it, it's very safe even for kids. So you are welcome to leave it to your children, our grandchildren. I was happy to get two of these in a bundle, just if you lose one you at least have a backup. Thanks Revane for bringing that up, if you have arthritis in your hands if like me you're paralyzed on one side, I'm right handed and that's my side that's paralyzed so I'm learning to do everything with my left hand do this job amazes me am more than a happy tourist.
