This fan fills a special niche that hasn't been used before. This fan is very thin and also has addressable RGB lighting. I needed a thin fan as an exhaust in my case since my previous one was too shrouded, plus my case consumes a modest amount of RGB and I wanted something more. If you need the fan for the example above, this works great. Considering the size of the fan, this fan moves quite a lot of air and is very quiet. If you buy this fan and expect it to move air like the Noctua or any other high performance fan then this is not for you and you will be disappointed. This fan does not replace the fan on your cooler and you should not buy it as an RGB fan to push/pull air through the heatsink. I would like to address what is seen in other reviews that have given this fan multiple stars. There is actually a pin blocked in the ARGB header. This is an addressable RGB Gen 2 and will not fit the four-pin RGB Gen 1 connector, so be aware. Otherwise he's a real fan. I think you can tell I'm *drum roll please* a fan of this fan. :D
