I recently bought this DVD set to rip home videos and videos from the web. I usually use DVD Flick to burn files. I always record my films at the slowest possible speed to minimize the chance of mistakes. Unfortunately, my experience with this particular DVD package was a bit disappointing. Of the 15 DVDs supplied, about 5 turned out to be unusable. They just don't burn properly. Normal DVDs are usually just thrown away and bought a new one. I have burned and formatted most of them several times. They play smoothly on DVD and Blu-ray players. I'm reasonably happy with this pack, but will probably buy another brand in the future. If you decide to buy this set, be aware that a few discs are useless. I'm not the type to burn to DVD a lot, but I keep that in reserve for a home movie just in case.
