This is a really good set for the money. I gave it 3 stars because after 2 years of use the handles on the dial covers cracked and fell apart from being washed in the dishwasher. They have to fix that. I bought this set for the induction cooker that I received. Some people think that the induction cooker "sings" because there is a high-pitched sound when the burner is turned on, but that's not a cooker, it's tableware. ALL induction cookware does this until it gets hot and then stops. It only takes a few minutes, isn't loud, and doesn't hurt your ears or anything. I think it annoys some people but I don't. The pots and pans held up PERFECTLY! The lids should - just not the handles on top of the lids. 😞
