This stretcher helped me a lot. A little context: I had two herniated discs, one more was compressed (L3, L4, L5). There were problems with the sacroiliac joint and iliopsoas, sharp pains in the front leg and numbness in the side of the knee. After the MRI I had to speak to the surgeon, I went to the muscle and joint doctor and did physiotherapy for weeks. Now on to the product - it has given me so much relief and has been a great addition to other things I use for enhancement such as that comes with the frame. It has three notches for three different settings. I comfortably used only the lowest settings. I lie on it for 10 minutes every day, sometimes once or twice. It's comfortable for my tall stature, 6ft 1in, 250lbs. I felt instant results and relief. It really surprised me and it was a small price to pay for so much relief.
